This project located on Marylebone High Street was completed on behalf of the Howard De Walden Estate.
Previously used as one retail unit across two separate properties, one part of the project was to split the retail unit back into two units.
The works involved in the project:
– Hoarding construction
– Soft strip
– Blocking up various openings
– New openings made to accommodate the communal staircase
– Passive fire protection
– Remedial drainage works
– AC installation
– Heat recovery unit installation
– Full rewire and upgrade
– Installation of 2 WC’s
– New Fire alarm system
– New entire shop front
– New flooring fitted throughout
– Decorations complete throughout
