We are proud of our community, and aim for the community to be proud of our work within it. We restore pride in the past through renovations of historic buildings and churches.

Our residential and corporate refurbishments are sensitive to the neighbouring communities and we ensure the disturbances of our work are kept to a minimum at all times.

We take our environmental responsibilities seriously. For each project we carry out an Environmental Impact Assessment, Site Waste Management plans and if necessary take measures to address environmentally sensitive matters.

We endeavour to seek sustainable solutions through an innovative approach. We source sustainable materials where possible, and are environmentally mindful in all aspects of our buying.

Working in Central and Greater London can be a challenging logistical environment, and we are looking at new solutions to reduce our carbon footprint, such as incentivising public transport travel where possible.

Securing the safety of those in our care is of the highest importance to us. We ensure our workforce receive up-to-date Health & Safety training to protect themselves and the public around them.

The Considerate Constructors scheme independently score the health and safety of many of our projects, and our key clients have independent health and safety inspectors who monitor and evaluate our work

Macmillan is a charity that helps the medical needs of people affected by cancer, as well as supporting the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have on the lives of sufferers, family and friends.

St.Christopher’s Hospice offers palliative care for inpatients in Sydenham, and care at home for those in the London boroughs of Bromley, Croydon and parts of Lambeth, Lewisham and Southwark.
